Ibanez Artist AM100

My Ibanez Artist Stagemaster AM100

*Condition when received Sunday Dec 9, 2012*.
Note: other than these specific bits, the guitar is in near perfect condition, only 2,3 very minor dings and virtually no wear.

Unplayability
1) Nut gouged out of place, and raised high on one side.
2) Excessive fret wear, frets 1 and 2
3) Action abnormally and noticeably high, can't tune, unplayable. (Note: You just don't expect this from an Artist so it's a little scary. These necks are normally so consistently action perfect all the way up the neck. I played another one the other day and it was fantastic, so it was a disappointment to pick this one up and have to put it down after 2 minutes cause my hands hurt and I couldn't tune it. However, the neck is nice and straight, as you'd expect from an Artist so all is good there, but hard to imagine how this guitar got into this bad playing condition.)

Damage/Alterations
1) Nut has been gouged out, finish is chipped off.
2) A wide drilled hole has been drilled in the headstock.

Here's a better view of the drilled hole. I have no idea what it was from but I should have been told about it.

3) 6 visible screw holes in the back of the headstock. Note: these are the original tuners.

4) Cracks around the neckjoint. Fingers crossed not structural, but absolutely disclosable.
